Initially called to get another quote on a job. EA Plumbing thoroughly impressed us with their quick accurate assessment and extremely professional workmanship. They quickly became our plumber of choice. We employed them on a couple of issues and each time they impressed us with their professionalism, courtesy and fast outstanding work. I highly recommend them as an honest capable company. Easy to get along with and readily explains all aspects of the work being done. When our next plumbing issue arises, we'll call them.

Answered my call right away. Sent a technician out within a couple hours of my initial call. Technician was on time, friendly, patient and fixed my problem right away. Will definitely use again!
I called one day and the workman was at my house at a mutually agreed upon time, to repair a leaking toilet. The workman was at the house promptly following notification to my home within 30 minutes of his arrival. He was polite and knowledgeable about the source of the leak and the remedy. The estimate was given following assessment of the source of the leak. This customer found the cost to be very reasonable. The job was completed quickly, The leak has been resolved. I was able to sign a contract for the work electronically and in follow-up a copy was sent to me by email . I am a very very happy customer. This is the 4th time in two years that I have used this plumber.

Edgar was great he addressed our issues pomptly and was able to do the work on his initial visit.
Edgar was very knowledgable and professional with good communication skills. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone with detailed description and answering some questions. He scheduled us quickly for a free estimate to confirm all that was discussed on the phone. He called when he was on his way to give an ETA for his arrival. He provided a reasonable estimate and expectations meet all that I heard and read about EA Plumbing. We hired EA Plumbing to repipe some PEX waterlines in our basement for external hose bibb supplies. We now have good water pressure and working hose bibbs all around the house. Edgar even looked at a shower diverter leak and provided a recommendation to contact the manufacture for parts as this was less than a year old from a recent renovation project. We highly recommend EA Plumbing and will use them as our go-to plumber from now on.
